In was so happy when I pulled this out, the deep color and texture, is wonderful. I hung it outside, giving it fresh air our and immediately wrapped my bread the next day, the bread stayed fresh and having my bread on the counter all wrapped up like a gift!

I have ordered four sets of these jars now. I have two sets of quarts and 1 pint jar. They have a flat bottom and flat sides. This makes it so much easier to clean the jars. If you have used canning jars it makes you appreciate these even more. They are sturdy (I got one set off Amazon that shattered in the sink). The included elastic bands make it easy to track your starter. The rubber tops are super easy to clean and keep a good seal on the jars. I also love that the tops can go on the top or the bottom of the jar. I like to keep the top on the bottom of the jar when I store them. My most recent sets is for my GF sourdough starter so I got white lids to keep they straight.

I knew I would love my Sourhouse Doughbed, but I never thought I would use it in the way I did! My schedule got messed up, so I had to take my sourdough on the road! Thanks to my Doughbed and a plug in my truck my dough came on the road with me. My bread didn’t notice the road trip and turned out perfect as usual! My hairdresser thought it was awesome too!

The Goldie is a COMPLETE game changer! I have never had my sourdough starter DOUBLE in less than 8 hours, straight from the fridge, having NOT been fed in over a week! The photo below is my starter at 5 1/2 hours. But, it doubled in 6 1/2 hours, and just kept getting better and better overnight, after turning the Goldie off. Wooo HOOOO! Thank you for giving me control of my baking schedule back, instead of my starter having control! WONDERFUL produc! Highly recommended!!!

I absolutely love my Goldie Sourdough House! It makes the whole process of starting and maintaining a sourdough starter so much easier and more enjoyable. After 2 failed attempts to make a sourdough starter, I reluctantly ordered the Goldie. We are on Day 2, and I am already seeing amazing results! My starter already has some action. Turns out, my kitchen was likely too cold and the Goldie seems to have it just right! Cant wait to make my first loaf of sourdough! Well worth the investment.

I love my new starter jar from sourhouse. The straight walls make it easier to transfer my starter and to clean. But my favorite part is the silicone lid. Easier clean up and it won’t rust like some mason jar caps.

I LOVE these starter jars. I bought 2 because I am always measuring out starter to feed it. Having 2 jars means I can scoop 20g into a clean one to feed and put in the fridge, and use the starter in the other jar to bake. Easily holds 120g. The band is easy to move and the rubber cap fits perfectly. These are the best!

My starter is more active than ever. Usually I don’t keep my starter going during the winter because we don’t keep our house warm enough, but I’m excited to keep baking all winter long! My starter is now reaching peak activity only hours after feeding, so I am able to bake multiple loaves a day if I can find the time.
